IPCO met with representatives of the French National Oversight Commission for Intelligence-Gathering Techniques (CNCTR), an independent authority ensuring intelligence collection techniques comply with France's Internal Security Code. The visit focused on the work of IPCO's Technology Advisory Panel (TAP), with discussions involving Dame Professor Muffy Calder (Chair of TAP) and Richard Thompson (IPCO Chief Executive), as well as the role of IPCO's legal team in advice and operational activity.
