IPC responds to Juvenile CHIS Enquiry

On 8 March 2019, the Rt Hon. Lord Justice Fulford responded to the Rt Hon Harriet Harman QC MP’s enquiry regarding the use by public authorities of juvenile Covert Human Intelligence Sources (CHIS).
